L'amour Makeup online store logo

Do you ship worldwide?

No, L'amour Makeup solely operates in the United States for now. However, we are looking to expand to other markets as our business grows in the near future.

How long are shipping times?

We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality makeup products.

Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving your order. We now offer free shipping to all of our USA customers at checkout. Due to COVID-19, please expect some delays. All of our products are updated with estimated shipping times.

As soon as your order is fully processed, you will receive a tracking number in your email that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. Thank you kindly for your business.

Can I change the shipping address or order after it has been placed?

Yes, please contact us immediately after you place the order. We are often unable to change the address after a 2 hour period, sometimes less. Address info can no longer be changed if the order has already been processed and shipped.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Yes, but only if your order has not begun fulfillment and/or shipped. Cancelations are also possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified in the shipping section.

What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What happens if I receive the wrong item or if it is defective?

If there's an issue with your order - it it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we'll give you a full refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 30 days after the product is received to qualify.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know within 30 days after receiving your product and we'll get you a new one.

LGBTQ+ Community:

How do you support the LGBTQ+ community?

We are a small family business with big dreams to help our community at large. We are happy to donate 10% of all of our profits to accredited life-saving, life-affirming programs and services for the LGBTQ+ youth. All charity donations will go towards the The Trevor Project on a quarterly basis. To learn more about their services, please visit their programs overview page HERE.

Is the store owned by LGBTQ+ members?

Our family includes LGBTQ+ members that helped us move our business forward. They inspired us to create L'amour Makeup with a message to the masses where love and inclusion is at the core of everything we do. Whether you identify as a his, her, or they - our store has products for every skin tone to bring your personality forward. Our goal is to become a platform where the voices of the LGBTQ+ community can be amplified to evoke change and freedom.

How can I become an LGBTQ+ ally?

Support LGBTQ+ owned businesses, follow LGBTQ+ accounts on social media, stay up to date with LGBTQ+ issues and news, support BIPOC LGBTQ members, donate to LGBTQ communities, and educate yourself about the LGBTTQQIAAP spectrum.
